• With quick dismantling spray tip and quick-change nozzles, the body stays on the header – only the spray tips are replaced which allows you lower costs by changing out just the tips, and slash maintenance time.
• Most Quick dismantling nozzles allow tips to be removed and installed by hand and offer automatic alignment.
• Thread sizes inclues 1/4″, 3/8″
• Spray angle from 45 to 65 degrees.
• Chemical- and corrosion-resistant material PP or FRPP ( Fiber reinforced Polypropylene) withstands high temperatures at about 85°C.
• Use with Nitrile or Fluorine rubber as O-ring seal material which is Chemical- and corrosion-resistant.
