The eductor nozzle is according to the Bernoulli jet principle and designed by reasonable Geometric surface parameters. Liquid jet from cone nozzle at high speed, and cause a low-pressure area around the leading opening. High-speed flow and liquid spray from mixing diffuser by 1:4. Eductor nozzles can improve the surface processing quality of the workpiece. M model mixing nozzle adopts high-performance material: Carbon fiber polypropylene die-casting, and also stainless steel, with excellent chemical resistance, max performance temperature is 120℃.

Plastic Agitating Tank Mixing Eductor Nozzles

Plastic Tank Nozzles are available in PP and PVDF.  A major advantage of Polypropylene is its higher temperature resistance. PVDF is resistant to most acids and bases. They are resistant to low temperatures abd stable to ultraviolet and extreme weather conditions. PVDF is self-extinguishing and non-toxic.

Tank Mixing Eductors are used to agitate liquid, dissolve powdered solids in liquid, and to mix two or more liquids intimately within a tank or other vessel without the use of baffles or moving parts inside the tank. Tank Mixing Eductors are operated by a flow of pressure liquid through the nozzle.

What is a tank mix eductor nozzle?

Eductor nozzles work on the venturi principle. They are fluid pumps with no moving parts. Eductor nozzles are positioned under the surface of fluid in a tank in order to keep it in motion. The liquid in the tank is circulated through the eductors so that it is “turned” over a period of time to ensure that sedimentation or liquid separation does not occur. 

Xinhou range of mixing eductor nozzles, expressly designed for water treatment applications and suitable for many other applications where mixing and movement of high viscosity fluids are required, with the help of the venturi principle, to obtain the circulation of large volumes of liquid. There are many different reasons to use an eductor nozzle, including mixing chemicals, suspending solids, adjusting PH, and sweeping debris or sludge toward a filter intake.

Tank Mixing Eductor nozzles can augment or replace mechanical agitators. They can be used to introduce and mix a new fluid with an existing fluid. Like other eductors, they are inexpensive and require little maintenance in comparison with the equipment they can replace. This is particularly noticeable in applications requiring special corrosion-resistant materials.

How does an eductor nozzle work?

Eductor nozzles provide a homogeneous fluid mix without the use of air agitation of the solutions. As the liquid exits the nozzle at high velocity, it draws the surrounding solution through the nozzle’s “flow-through” chamber that’s designed to eliminate internal material build-up. The additional liquid flow mixes with the pumped solutions. 

How to determine the location of the venturi eductor nozzle?

Ideally, edcutors should be positioned so that these plumes hit the opposite wall of the tank and so further dissipate as they do so. Little mixing will occur below the eductors so they should be positioned low in the tank and angled upwards. But if no sedimentation is to be tolerated then a set of eductors can be angled downwards to sweep along the floor of the tank.

Eductor Tank Mixing Agitation Nozzles are designed to convert high input fluid velocity into low-pressure recirculation for effective mixing and agitation. The amount of fluid that exits the nozzle is three to five times the amount of fluid pumped.
